Here at the 13th Tynemouth we offer adventure and fun for young people aged 6 to 14.
Scouting offers challenge and adventure to 400,000 young people and 100,000 adults across the UK. We believe in helping our Members fulfill their potential by working in teams, learning by doing and thinking for themselves. We give people of every background the chance to stretch themselves, learn new skills and make life long friends.
We are holding Race Night to fundraise to help toward the running of the group on Saturday 20 May 2017, for full details see attached poster.Posted on

Adventure is at the heart of everything we do, from a beaver scout going a visit, a cub scout crate stacking or a scout going camping abroad for the first time.
It's exciting being involved with us. We believe that through the everyday adventure of Scouting, young people and adult volunteers regularly experience new challenges that enrich their lives.
We offer a range of activities, as diverse as kayaking, abseiling, staged performance, and archery. There’s something for every young person.
Activities are an integral part of Scouting. But as well as being challenging physically, our activities help young people set and achieve goals and grow in confidence.
